Downtown Boyne City! Enjoy your stay walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Most comfortable for 2 guests, but sleeps 4. 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 queen size sofa bed in living room, 1 bathroom. This home is a duplex, and you will have access to the front half of the home. The units connect via a locked laundry room off of the bedroom labeled “private.” There is a 24/hr laundromat located a minute away.

Relax on the front porch after a day of exploring the area!  Please do not access the driveway. There are two spaces available for you directly in front of the house on the street for any time of the year. There are exterior security cameras on the property for safety! You will check yourself in using a lockbox. I am available to contact if you have any issues during your stay.
